TAG (The Athletic Group) presents Part II of the TAG Summer Heat Series — a three-part fitness experience at Union Stage.

Move through a guided workout that blends HIIT, yoga, breathwork, and a meditative sound bath — designed to challenge your body, reset your mind, and reconnect you through music and movement. After the workout, the room shifts into a live DJ-led social with partnered vendors and access to the bar.

Expect immersive lighting, high energy, and a community that comes for more than a workout.

You’ll experience:

• 45 min of guided movement (HIIT → flow → breath/sound)

• 2 hrs of DJ-led social time with day-party energy

• Curated vendors and a highly social atmosphere

Good to know:

• All levels welcome; no equipment required

• Doors: 30 minutes before start; first-come floor placement

• Bring: yoga mat, towel, water bottle, workout clothes + sneakers

• Age: 18+ recommended
