It was his collaboration with Coke Studio on Season 15 that resulted in “Jhol”, Maanu’s first official track on the platform which went on to be the most successful song of the season as it went #1 in Pakistan and India, spending several weeks topping charts globally. ‘Jhol’ was ultimately the most streamed Pakistani song in the country for 2024, and retains its top spot today.
With two remarkable EPs, “Yain City” and “Sakuna Matata,” Maanu has given us glimpses into his boundless imagination, leaving audiences craving for more. Now, on the cusp of releasing his highly anticipated full length album, ‘Thikaana’, in the summer of 2025 he is poised to redefine the boundaries of Pakistani music.
