Edmund Burke School Advanced and Intermediate Bands are led by John Howard. They have performed at Pearl Street Warehouse, The Carlyle Club, Blues Alley, and the JEN Conference in New Orleans. Additionally, they are founding members and 30 year participants of the Georgetown Day School Jazz Festival, and have performed numerous times for the Big Band Jam in the Mall. Members of the band also perform weekly on Thursdays at the Little Beast Bistro in Chevy Chase, DC, as the break band of the John Howard Trio.
