Join us during the DC Black Pride Celebration for a full-day experience and national casting call for E. Lynn Harris Invisible Life: The Musical, inspired by the groundbreaking novel that helped redefine contemporary Black literature and featuring an original score by Grammy Award-winning songwriters and Motown and Apollo legends Ashford & Simpson.

The experience includes the OPEN CASTING CALL from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM, the SUNDAE SERMON LEGENDARY HOUSE BLOCK PARTY featuring DJ Stormin’ Norman from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM and the SUNDAE TEA LEGENDARY COMMUNITY TALK-BACK from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM hosted by Sidra Smith (Producer / Casting) and Javon Johnson (Writer / Director / Tyler Perry The Oval /The Lincoln Lawyer, Netflix).

Admission is free, with a limited capacity of 200 guests for Sundae Tea 6-7 pm
