Shady Oaks

Shady Oaks is a blues/yallternative rock band from Denver that blends styles of alternative, blues, and southern rock. The five piece rock band consists of Ty Gallaway on Lead Guitar and Vocals, Isaac Vance on Slide and Supporting Lead Guitar, Jonah Samp on Drums, Hunter Bates on Bass, Sarah Hubbard on Violin, and featuring Ian Arras on keys and organ. The band was formed by Ty Gallaway in 2020 after writing a number of blues oriented rock songs inspired by acts such as The White Stripes, Shakey Graves, The Black Keys, and other modern blues influences. After the release of their debut album, MAD in 2022, the band has gained momentum and landed opening spots for larger acts including The Velveteers, Tiny Moving Parts, and Dexter and the Moonrocks.
