Cigarette

Cigarette is a group situated in states of tension. The group formed in 2010, contracting and expanding members. Though the core of the songwriting comes from the storied connection of Jonathan Howard, Richard Howard, Evan Napala, Drew Hagelin & the more recent addition of Michael Srisuwan. In their newest effort, the forthcoming Midnight Bouquet finds the group changing their rhythmic and percussive approach. It’s still…cigarette, beautiful and vulnerable but with more of a groove. They are a band in that particular sense, where odd and untrained boys make sounds unfitting of a genre marker. It is rumored the band only reads romance novels on tour.
